: Heat exhaustion with its loss of fluids and electrolytes can predispose to cardiac arrhythmias. In your age bracket I recommend a treadmill stress test when there has been a fainting episode I can't fully explain.

: Yes it can. Stay cool and hydrated. If not better in a day or two get a check up.

Get seen: You need to get evaluated and likely needs an EKG.Heart rates at rest should be between 60-100 and ther are may causes of irregular beats as innocent as skipped beat PVC,sinus arrthymias  vs more serious as Venticular tachycardia/fib and Atrial fibrillation

Hydrate her oral, IV: If indeed she's not drinking enough fluid, then you're right to keep her well hydrated and in a cool place. If she's not able to drink because of the vomiting then, she will need IV fluid replacements.  For now, it's safe to assume it's heat exhaustion but if symptoms recur under a different setting, she needs to see her physician.

i'm taking maxzide (hydrocholorthiazide and triamterene) it's making me feel horrible. out of breath fast heart beat fatigue and my bp is high 150/100. can this cause this?

Electrolyte changes?: You might need to modify modification regimen. In addition it is importnat to check electrolyte abnormalities. Speak with your physicians. It is important to know when you started takin Maxzide (hydrocholorthiazide and triamterene) and any other changes to medications.  In my opinion, I would like to see what a bmp looked like to make sure you didnt have low sodium or other changes that could expalin this.

You ate pregnant: Pregnancy is the reason and eventual solution to your issues. By the way, I hope you have already initiated prenatal care with an OB MD to share your issues with him/her.

why does being outside in the heat or if i sweat at night seem to make my irregular heart beat worse . also if i miss a meal ?

A stressor: These things are stressors on the heart and may precipitate arrhythmia . If you have an underlying rhythm problem this will make it "come out" . Heat , fever, cold, hypoglycemia etc.

May be: Depends on what the rate is and how long it takes to settle down.
