Get seen: You need to get evaluated and likely needs an EKG.Heart rates at rest should be between 60-100 and ther are may causes of irregular beats as innocent as skipped beat PVC,sinus arrthymias vs more serious as Venticular tachycardia/fib and Atrial fibrillation
