: It sounds like you had an allergic reaction to some contaminant (not the cocaine) in the product you were using. If you stop the exposure your system is likely to recover over time (days). If you re-expose it could get a lot worse, like those who die after a bee sting.

been noticing my carotid artery gets big bulgewhen laying flat on back and or when i poop. did have a stint of doing cocaine for awhile (stopped) and quitting cigarettes. feels much different than my left artery at base of neck. how dangerous is this?

so yes your throat is sore from the cocaine.

Cocaine neck pain : I wonder if that neck pain is coming from your heart. Cocaine causes spasm of the arteries including the arteries tot he heart. That spasm restricts blood flow (ischemia) which can then progresses to a heart attack and death. Cocaine is a very common reason for a heart attack in young people. So, its a good idea for you to go to the emergency room and stop the cocaine.
