It sounds like you had an allergic reaction to some contaminant (not the cocaine) in the product you were using. If you stop the exposure your system is likely to recover over time (days). If you re-expose it could get a lot worse, like those who die after a bee sting.

I too would favor an allergic reaction, and would advise complete avoidance of recreational drugs in the future unless you have a "death wish", as a repeat event could produce an anaphylactic reaction. These days, drugs contain other narcotics and stimulants, and if fentanyl has been added, risk can be sky high. Get assistance with counseling and be proactive about your health.
