Bump: One possibility would be that your bump is a swollen nasolacrimal duct can be associated with the frequent yawning and open mouth. This changes pressure in your nasal passage way and can air to the structure.

i have a small bump under my tongue, it appears to be next to the frenulum. it looks liquidy, pinkish, and about 3 mm wide. it doesn't hurt .

Mucocele: This could be a Mucocele or mucous retention lesion. We all have many minor salivary glands throughout the mouth and are about the size of a b.b. pellet. Sometimes they can get blocked or clogged and a small balloon of salivary fluid forms. They usually do not hurt. You should have it checked out because in rare cases they can be caused by a minor salivary gland tumor and should be removed.

last night, i fell and hit my head about an inch above my ear on my planter.  so far, i don't have a headache and the worst symptom so far is a bump at the site that hurts if i press on it or open my mouth too wide.  should i be worried?

CONCERN  CONCUSSION: So did you get knocked out or experiencing nausea or vomiting? Is it bleeding or have do you visual issues. So you worry about concussion or internal bleed in the head. If none of this has happened for a few days then it is most likely just muscular.

for about a week now ive had two pinkish bumps on the back of my tongue that are about less than a quarter of an inch wide and less than a quarter of an inch tall. my throat also feels irritated at times when i swallow. could bumps cause this?

: May be. You may watch and wait. If any of the bumps doubles in size, bleeds, ulcerates or more bumps develop, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Try gargling with warm salt solution to  see if it helps with the irritation on swallowing.

the back of my throat is more red than normal and has these white bumps all around. yesterday they were just on the back of my mouth near the opening of my throat. but now the bumps are on my uvula and when i look past my uvula the inside of my throat loo

PHARYNGITIS: Sounds like you have pharyngitis or sore throat, likely bacterial in nature, given the described white bumps. A common cause of this is streptococcal sore throat ,but other bacteria can cause it as well and some viruses and fungi can as well. Get a rapid strep test at your doctor - you may need antibiotics.

pain in front of ear that affects opening of mouth. sudden onset.  happened overnight.  don't grind teeth. there is no bump but pain originates @joint?

TMJ syndrome: Even if you do not grind your teeth, you may have slept with your jaw in an unusual position which caused the jaw joint to be painful.
For the next several days: soft diet, no gum chewing, do not open real wide to eat things such as sub sandwiches, etc.  Advil or aleve (naproxen) for pain (if you are not allergic),  
ice pack on that side 10 - 15 min.(place cloth over skin, then icepack  to avoid frostbite).

See dentist: It is not feasible to know what the lesions may be, without examining you. If the lesions have not increased in size, do not bleed, are not painful and are not changing in feel and color, you may watch and wait. However, it would be prudent to see a dentist or oral surgeon for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

bump in my mouth under the floor so i cant see it but can feel it with my tongue?

Salivary duct: You have saliva glands in the floor of your mouth underneath your tongue. They can get clogged and or get infected. Another possibility is a Renula which is a fluid filled cyst that is benign. I would have this checked by your dentist or physician to determine what is present.

after giving oral and receiving, i have sores in my mouth and bumps alongside tongue. overall, mouth is looking white. what is this?

Possibilities: Without seeing you it will be hard to tell.  You may have a yeast infection or some other std.  If it does not go away in a week i would suggest seeing a physician for an evaluation.
