Last night, i fell and hit my head about an inch above my ear on my planter. so far, i don't have a headache and the worst symptom so far is a bump at the site that hurts if i press on it or open my mouth too wide. should i be worried?

CONCERN CONCUSSION: So did you get knocked out or experiencing nausea or vomiting? Is it bleeding or have do you visual issues. So you worry about concussion or internal bleed in the head. If none of this has happened for a few days then it is most likely just muscular.
