Needs in person : Evaluation. We cant see it so anything is really a guess. A growing bump is not something to play around with....go see a doctor you may need a biopsy.

See a foot doctor: If as you say, it is a result of foreign body you may have a foreign body granuloma, but you need to make sure that is what it is as opposed to a cancerous growth. A biopsy would give definitive diagnosis.

Possible wart: This sounds like a wart you can try OTC salicylic acid, just follow the directions on the bottle.  If it is not gone in about 3-4 weeks or is getting worse have it looked at.

Puss: if u think it is a infected blister then you will need antibiotics. depends how big the abscess is-- may need draining as antibiotics may not work on an abscess if not drained.

Exam needed: Without examining the area a diagnosis can't be made. If there is spreading redness I would be concerned about cellulitis which would require antibiotic treatment. The lump could be a cyst. If warm wet  applications don't improve the discomfort, have a physician evaluate you.

Sick Achilles.: Your comments sound like the findings of a previous x-ray exam. I'm not sure what is meant by "bump on the opposite side of the ankle". If it is in the Achilles tendon, then extreme pain, could make sense. It sounds as though there is something amiss with your Achilles tendon. It would make sense to immobilize the ankle, and begin non-weight bearing until tendon imaging studies can be performed

Muscle fascia hernia: Sounds like you may have a fascial hernia that allows the muscle to locally herniate through due to internal pressure. With activity, the muscle pressure increases and the visual bump enlarges as more muscle extrudes through the defect. Exercise induced exertional compartment syndrome may also lead to this injury pattern. Orthopaedci surgeon evaluation is indicated.
