Bump on the side of my heel. i think it appeared aftr i got glass in my foot a few yrs ago.now it hurts/is bigger/looks bruised. doesnt seem infected?

See a foot doctor: If as you say, it is a result of foreign body you may have a foreign body granuloma, but you need to make sure that is what it is as opposed to a cancerous growth. A biopsy would give definitive diagnosis.
