Primogeniture papule: These bumps are called peiziogenic papules and are simply herniations of the calcaneal fat pad. Completely harmless.

White bumps : This usually occurs when the adipose tissue fat layer under the heel herniates outward lateral or medial depending on what side of the heel and pushes towards the skin can feel lumpy can have a cobble stone feel to it . Can be painful. I would use a deep seated custom orthotic . Weight may also be an issue
