Probably not: Since you are asymptomatic 48 hrs. post injury you are most likely in the clear.
If you begin having a severe headache, nausea / emesis or double vision go the the Emergency room immediately

Bleeding from ear.: Try a cold compress on the ear first, but if that does not suffice, go to see your physician or to the nearest emergency room to be checked out.

We cant say that: Sesamoiditis is usually caused by increased pressure on the Sesamoids and associated with dull aching pain.Treated with limit the activity that causes the pain,non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like naprosyn to relieve pain,soft soled low-healed shoes,use felt cushioning to relieve stress,PT&amp; some times cortisone injections.Pain can get worse by activity.Follow up with your Podiatrist for it

Talar fractures R-: -serious fractures,as the trauma 2cause them is not limited 2 just the talas, but 2all adjoining structures. Non wt bearing with gentle ROM @ PT is best until all is healed, best ascertained by CT scan. Follow Ur orthopedic surgeon's advice 2 a T.

Should eval trauma: The diagnosis of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension always suggests patients should be careful, particularly when having headaches and changes in vision.  While the trauma seems to have caused the symptoms, it would still be wise to be evaluated to ensure it's not masking any potential aggravation of the IIH.

i hit my head last night on my car boot when standing up, i felt dizzy and everything went black for a moment but i didn't pass out. i now have symptoms of nausea, headache, vomiting, drowsiness and occasional blurred vision. what do i do?

Seek care: You may need a CT scan to evaluate for possible bleeding inside your skull.  See if you can get any local advice on the phone first, but, it not, you should go to an emergency department.  You should not drive yourself.

: HIV is harder to transmit than you seem to think. It is not transmitted sexually except by intercourse. Zero risk from fingering or indirect contact of the kinds you describe. No need for testing and it's safe to continue unprotected sex with your wife.

Glaucoma test: The "air puff" test is just a method to measure the pressure inside your eyeball.  High pressures may require additional work up.  Without medication or surgical intervention, you cannot lower you eye pressure to "pass" the test.

Depends on age: Infants and young children should have their red reflexes checked at routine well visits.  Older infants and very young children should be screened for strabismus.  Those who are developed enough to read an eye chart should be screened annually for visual acuity.
