Talar fractures R-: -serious fractures,as the trauma 2cause them is not limited 2 just the talas, but 2all adjoining structures. Non wt bearing with gentle ROM @ PT is best until all is healed, best ascertained by CT scan. Follow Ur orthopedic surgeon's advice 2 a T.
