Insuff Info: Blood Pressure in Legs usually as much as 20% higher in the legs than in the Brachial artery. But this would mean your Brachial BP is also high. Blood pressure taken by automatic machine is always in doubt. If it blows up the cuff so tight that it hurts, then blood pressure measurment is in doubt and will appear higher. A blood pressure lower in legs suggests a blockage to blood flow.

at age 35, is there a sure sign of leg blood clot? if you have a burning feeling in back of calf for a few months on and off, but no other symptoms, is a clot possible? im thin, never smoked/drank & have perfect blood pressure. play video games daily?

: What you described does not suggest venous thrombosis. It would better to engage in more physical activity, e.g., walking, rather than spending time with video games.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

See PCP: Based on your age and the medical information you provided I am suspecting few things including peripheral neuropathy and restless leg. You need complete evaluation including physical examination and lab works. Talk to your PCP.

i have recently been put on blood pressure tables, 5mg amlodipine.  at least i no longer experience my headache and dizziness. it's my second month on the medication.  however in i always experience swollen ankles and legs, including pain in my calf?

Edema: Edema is a side effect of amlodipine and it would be exaggerated if associated fluid retention from hormonal factors or excessive salt use is operative. There should be no associated calf pain, however, and I advise an ultrasound study to exclude phlebitis. Adding low dose diuretic or changing from amlodipine to another antihypertensive medication is an option to avoid ankle edema.

Probably not : With your age -- i would consider rhabdomyolysis or muscle trauma, and neuropathy.

: There are many possible conditions that may be related to your symptoms. Musculoskeletal pain is common. A DVT and PE should be considered. Please see your physician. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness.

Yes: If you checked this pressure twice, once on each arm and this is the reading, then go to er asap. 110 diastolic at your age is hypertensive urgency/emergency. You could develop a stroke or heart attack.

Not "cause": In reality we do not KNOW the true cause of high blood pressure. We do know many things that will drive it up in a predisposed individual. Considering about 30% of population has HTN, it is fairly common. Smoking and/or any act that stresses the body or mind can drive BP up in someone wo already has HTN or is genetically "ripe" to develop  HTN

COVID-19 Positive x2: Data on COVID-19 is limited, but other coronaviruses have never been observed to have viral reactivation.  For individuals who test positive twice it is more likely that either the virus never left their system or that the test is picking up remnants of inactive viral particles.  It could also be a false positive test.  Isolation recommended for 10 days after symptom onset AND 3 days symptom free.

BP meds & ED: First of all, high bp, especially high systolic bp, is not good for your erectile function. If you are older, this is especially so. Diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide and spironolatone as well as beta-blockers such as atenolol can cause erection problems. There are some BP meds that may help you with erectile function, including arbs such as losartan and Alpha blockers such as doxazosin.
