Insuff Info: Blood Pressure in Legs usually as much as 20% higher in the legs than in the Brachial artery. But this would mean your Brachial BP is also high. Blood pressure taken by automatic machine is always in doubt. If it blows up the cuff so tight that it hurts, then blood pressure measurment is in doubt and will appear higher. A blood pressure lower in legs suggests a blockage to blood flow.
