May have 2 problems: The most important to be evaluated is the blood in stool.  A mass in the pelvis can press on the lumbosacral plexus and cause back pain , leg pain and bleeding in the stool.  More likely to have hemorrhoids or polyps, though.  But get this checked first.  If nothing in the colon, then you need to have back evaluated.

hi, i am having some uncomfortable symptoms and i dont know what it could be, i have extreme pain when i sit for too long, laying down, and standing up im ok. also have side pain, dizziness, numbness in legs and blood in stool. should i go to emerge?

: Beyond the negative aspects of "sitting too long" regarding exercise and potential decreased venous return to the heart, which can cause blood clotting in lower extremities, "sitting too long" also compresses the sciatic nerve and can cause resultant pain.  Blood in the stool is a different problem, and should be evaluated by a GI physician as soon as possible.

GI symptoms: Your symptoms are distressing.  Please be seen by a physician, preferably a Gastroenterologist, immediately.  Do not put this off.

Every time a patient: With cirrhosis and ascites who develop GI bleeding, the patient should be evaluated by his gastroenterologist asap. If you have any neurological symptoms like lethargy, dizziness, confusion, headache, tremors, rapid heart beating, near fainting, sweating please go to an emergency room asap. Also if the bleeding is profuse.

Needs evaluation: Could be endometriosis, but its a complex issue, and needs a proper evaluation. I would start with a gyn doctor, or primary care. Don't wait too long. Hope this helps!

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. You may have more infection than a UTI.

Hemorrhoid: hemerrhoids are either anally, perianally or internal ( inside the anus), but varicose veins may develop in the thighs

: Hemorrhoids are a common consequence of constipation and straining; they are veins, so their size varies depending on the pressure  inside the veins. Colon cancer screening for average risk persons (like you seem to be) starts at age 45.

having colonoscopy its been 5 years.
can this blood still be from the hemmroid?

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids can cause rectal bleeding and so can other colon issues that can be evaluated with a colonoscopy
