May have 2 problems: The most important to be evaluated is the blood in stool. A mass in the pelvis can press on the lumbosacral plexus and cause back pain , leg pain and bleeding in the stool. More likely to have hemorrhoids or polyps, though. But get this checked first. If nothing in the colon, then you need to have back evaluated.

Go see your doctor: Blood in the stool is a "red flag" condition and reason to see your doctor. It may be minor or major. The association of other conditions may mean one or multiple conditions. Looking for one diagnosis may not be realistic because medical theory no longer uses occam's razor, the belief that one diagnosis is usually the best answer to a bunch of symptoms.
