Flu like symptoms: You may have an influenza infection affecting the lower airway. Small vessels may rupture when the lining of the lung is inflamed. With your congestion, other sources such as nasal passage irritation and inflammation may be the source of cough ( post nasal drip) and bleeing.

Blood in vomit BAD: You do not want to see blood in your vomit. It implies that somewhere there has been a tear in some part of your throat, esophagus or stomach. You need to see a gastroenterologist to make sure you haven't caused significant damage. I'd also like to know why you are vomiting? Is it self induced? Do you have a GI bug?

Not unusual: You appear, by your comment, to have regular periods. But one day each period you'll have very heavy flow. That's not unusual, &amp; treatment can focus on relieving symptoms, like pain control, keeping the heavy flow from disrupting your activities, &amp; screening for iron deficiency anemia from blood loss. Similarly in the nose the congestion,sneeze force  and  ironically dryness cause  capillary breakage and bleeding. Eye pain may be unrelated and may be due to pressure created across your eye when you sneeze. Your doctor or ENT should be able to see what the issue is and recommend treatment.
