Blood in vomit BAD: You do not want to see blood in your vomit. It implies that somewhere there has been a tear in some part of your throat, esophagus or stomach. You need to see a gastroenterologist to make sure you haven't caused significant damage. I'd also like to know why you are vomiting? Is it self induced? Do you have a GI bug?
