Analogy: The nervous system is like a big river where the brain represents the ocean/spinal cord the main river/the nerves the smaller rivers &amp; creeks &amp; nerve endings the smallest inputs. All skin surfaces have nerve endings. Some have more like fingertips or lips while others have less. Fibers are a different name for smaller nerves.

Itch!: The best medicine for fiberglass "splinters" is protection. Tightly woven clothing, in layers, with wrists and ankle openings protected or taped to gloves and boots. If exposed, small pieces of fiberglass form tiny splinters that itch and hurt when brushed. Showering to rinse away as much as possible helps, but usually, time allows the skin to push the splinters out in a few days.

Yes: Small fiber sensory neuropathy is diagnosed, or ruled out, using lab tests, electromyography, and, yes, skin biopsies, but the biopsy is usually after other tests, if at all.  Signs and symptoms are important too.

Fruit juice : Raw fruit juices as healthy as eating a regular fruit. This is only true if your preserving the fibers in the fruit juice if you're taking the fiber component out you lose much of the nutrients in all you're really getting is the water-based contents of the fruit. As for bananas when you eat that you're eating a very fibrous fruit even though you're not eating the banana peel however in some countries people actually eat the banana peel to increase their fiber intake

Why do you want one?: Many things are possible, but why do you want this diagnosis? Confusing pain and numbness/tingling symptoms may relate to myofascial pain from muscle and fascia....A possibility that is even more likely when diagnostic testing is normal.

it seems like i have a handing muscle fiber in the upper part of my anus, which is creates kinda like a bridge (covered by skin) between two sides.  this area often get inflamed. what should i do?

Rather a problem: Skin flaps are pretty common. Certainly without an exam I cannot comment on your particular situation, but skin flaps are superficial and can easily be surgically corrected generally
