May be Staph: Many people mistake pustules due to methicillin-resistant staph aureus for spider bites.  Spider bites are extremely uncommon and the back of the neck would be an unusual location if it was a spider bite.  Suggest you apply hot wet packs to this every several hours for 15 minutes at a time.  If it does not resolve in a day or two go see your local family doctor.

Probably not: How do you it was  black widow?  And what makes you think this is a spider bite at all? The most important thing to help an ER or any medical provider is to catch whatever spider caused the bite,and bring iit to them.  Treatment for a truly poisonous bite is elevation above the heart, it possible, and applying a cold compress--not heat.  You can not suck out the venom, so don&#x27;t try.
