Probably not: How do you it was black widow? And what makes you think this is a spider bite at all? The most important thing to help an ER or any medical provider is to catch whatever spider caused the bite, and bring iit to them. Treatment for a truly poisonous bite is elevation above the heart, it possible, and applying a cold compress--not heat. You can not suck out the venom, so don't try.
