Other insect bites: Lots of possible causes, but the list includes other forms of insect bites such as spider bites. Small puncture wounds or pin pricks can sometimes look like that too - (and see your doctor if they don't get better with warm compresses and a tincture of time).

Unsure: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
