i was bit my a bug, not sure what exactly, today i notice that where the bite was i have a bruise. there is also a small puncture in the center of the bruise. ?

Watch for infection: As with any bite, bug or otherwise, keep the area clean (anti-bacterial soap) and watch for any sign of infection or other changes.  You can also use an anti-bacterial topical like neosporin or bacitracin to help it heal faster.  See your doctor if you develop any signs of infection or other worsening of the site.

i have a red itchy bug bite with a hard red line coming from the center of it.  there is also a bruise around the bite. i've drawn around it to see if?

Spider bite, worst?: This could be any number of bug bites.  If a serous spider bite you will have a 'bull's eye' around the bite site.  Otherwise,  a bite will have a surrounding area of redness and swelling.  Application of over the counter cortisone cream should resolve this over a 2-3 days period; if it persits beyond that, see your PCP

? Lyme: your best bet is to see your physician. This could be the rash of Lyme  disease called erythema chronicum migrans.. It is best to make a diagnosis and treat it now to prevent any long-term results from Lyme infection

my son came home from a trip to pa. he has what looks like a bruise that is white in the center. he said he fell on his arm there but i thought it could be a tick bite?

: A bruise or hematoma appears likely on description and that will be consistent with trauma. A coincident insect bite cannot be ruled out, but usually appearance is different.

i have a bruise that covers almost the top part of my foot. when  i realized it right in the center of the bruise was a white like circle and 2 black dots. is it a spider bite?

Yes: You need to be seen by a podiatrist or your pcp.  If this is a bite you could be allergic to the venom and need antibiotics or additional blood work and follow up to prevent loss of skin on dorsum of foot.

i have a bite on the back of my leg that has a small black hole the black part fills like a knot in the center and its reddish skin color around it even kinda like its a bruise with a black dot in center?

: We would need to see the rash to understand it well. I wonder if it is Lyme disease.

Varies: There are a number of  possibilities, among the more common and sometimes concerning can be a spider bite, particularly a brown recluse spider.  You should seek attention if the area becomes dark appearing or shows any sign of infection such as redness or swelling; or if the size of the area is increasing.

Not if it doesn't: Appear infected and is not continuing to enlarge. I believe one reason that mosquito bites bruise may be that the female mosquito deposits saliva that contains anticoagulants in the skin.
