I was bit my a bug, not sure what exactly, today i notice that where the bite was i have a bruise. there is also a small puncture in the center of the bruise. ?

Watch for infection: As with any bite, bug or otherwise, keep the area clean (anti-bacterial soap) and watch for any sign of infection or other changes. You can also use an anti-bacterial topical like neosporin or bacitracin to help it heal faster. See your doctor if you develop any signs of infection or other worsening of the site.
