I have a bruise that covers almost the top part of my foot. when i realized it right in the center of the bruise was a white like circle and 2 black dots. is it a spider bite?

Yes: You need to be seen by a podiatrist or your pcp. If this is a bite you could be allergic to the venom and need antibiotics or additional blood work and follow up to prevent loss of skin on dorsum of foot.
