Not if it doesn't: Appear infected and is not continuing to enlarge. I believe one reason that mosquito bites bruise may be that the female mosquito deposits saliva that contains anticoagulants in the skin.

Depends: As long as no pus shows up and the lesion is not getting worse, just watch . The bruise may take a couple of weeks to subside. If getting worse, see doctor
