my nose has been runny ever since i had a flu 2 yrs ago and it's making me miserable at this point.i've tried many medications.drs cant find the cause on sinus scans or blood work,only increased mvp.(never had allergies).what could cause this?

: Has the ENT specialist discussed vasomotor rhinitis ( nonallergic rhinitis) with you?  If your nasal discharge is basically watery, unaccompanied by watery,itchy eyes, occurs with changes in temperature or on eating, for example, vasomotor rhinitis is likely the problem. While oral antihistamines are not effective, an antihistamine nasal spray, Astelin, can be helpful.

i have mild mvp', so sick and no response for medication hulter shows vpb's i had sinus tachycardia yesterday while doing pysiotherapy, what shall i do?

Tachycardia: Tachycardia and vpc with mild mvp, i would suggest to talk back to your doctor and maybe start low dose of b blocker. This could be also anxiety induced. Try to decrease your caffeine intake and stay away from energy drinks.

in regard to my mvp and that my physician has prescribed propranolol and asa, whether these medications could treat my mvp forever or not?

MVP: Mitral valve prolapse is a valular heart disease characterized by the displacement of abnormally thickened mitral valve leaflet into the left atrium during systole.It is diagnosed by 2d echo.
The medication given "propanalol" may prevent some of the symptoms of disautonomia which include palpitations and chest pain.
Aspirin has anti platelet activity which may be beneficial.

Not a disease: An isolated purpuric patch in someone taking aspirin is not a cause for concern. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

since 2015 cbc tests mvp 7 & platelets over 400 continuously. no uterus i eat healthy drink h2o exercise don't smoke, drink or do drugs. is this odd?

Not really: It's not rare, not dangerous, and usually we never find an explanation. It seems unrelated to anything. Just follow it. Your physician will decide when to check for for a possible mutation that drives essential thrombocythemia -- but the best rule is probably, "If you aren't going to treat it or do anything different based on the test results, don't do the test." can anything provide a false positive on an echo when it comes to mvp?

If  it is uncertain: whether you have MVP on an ECHO or not then it is probably so insignificant that you really shouldn't be worried about it at all. Severe MVP will not be questionable and should be followed. MVP that might be a "false positive" is insignificant. Relax, you probably have a normal valve.

MitralValveProlapse: Symptoms can vary greatly and are numerous but the most common symptoms are chest pain and palpitations. An echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart) is the diagnostic test of choice.

MVP: Pcn used to be used as a prophylactic anti biotic for mvp to prevent SBE .  How ever present recommendations are that there is no need for anti biotic prophylaxis for simple  mvp  and as such pcn usage for mvp has been discontinued.

Accepted Answer

MVP: Person with mvp should not use cocaine. Cocaine is an extremely dangerous drug even in people with normal heart.
