MVP: Person with mvp should not use cocaine. Cocaine is an extremely dangerous drug even in people with normal heart.

First of all ...: Nobody should use cocaine. If someone has mvp -- I am assuming you mean mitral valve prolapse -- there are significant risk factors involved as Cocaine is a stimulant and it can cause stroke, heart attacks and seizures. The mvp person already has an abnormal heart valve.Without Cocaine someone with mvp is capable of living a pretty normal life. Why push your luck.
