Eat a healthy meal: You should have a breakfast which includes a complex carbohydrate, protein, and unsaturated fat. An example would be: oatmeal with flax seed and a boiled egg. The amounts depend on your size and weight and the total calories that you need. If you do not eat a substantial meal, you'll be hungry later and eat more than you would have otherwise or eat unhealthy junk food.

Probably Curcumin: This question is hard to answer because of the need for more research, but at the moment i would say curcumin, derived from turmeric. Curcumin clearly has anti-alzheimer's properties but is poorly abosrbed; a patented form, meriva, is up to 28 times better absorbed but holds promise. Actalin: Some doctors think this is wonderful, others think it is not necessary.
Two things to do:
1: Check with your doctor that your thyroid replacement is working well. If not changes in dose will be made.
2: If the thyroid is OK but you are unwell the doctor will work with you to find out what is wrong.

I cannot see a good reason to take Actalin.

It depends...: If you are deficient in B12 it will improve energy and can improve brain function. If you are not deficient (levels below 500)  it won't help. Vit e is useful as a preventive measure but generally does not give energy or brain power. It would be ideal to consult with a holistic doc to assess the reasons you might lack energy or brain power so you can address the specific causes.

i have lost all motivation interest & pleasure in life after 5 yrs of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) abuse?  after many failed attempts, what are the best supplements/vitamins to to aid me in restoring my brain & body?

Stimulant abuse: may cause problems with your dopamine that may take months to correct.  After 5 years of abuse it may take some time to restore the dopamine function to near normal.

Notrovit: There is no evidence that any of its ingredients improves cognition long term.  I would be concerned about the high levels of caffeine and other stimulants in it.  We don't even know what some of the ingredients do.

Chocolate: Chocolate is a healthy desert.  Darker the better.  It increases blood flow and has been shown to be associated with lower risk of stroke.  Hot cocoa works too.

Vit D and B12: these two are the most important. Start by obtaining blood levels. You want your vitamin D level to be at least 30 and your B12 to be at least 550. I recommend sublingual Methoxy B12 ( one eye dropper full über the tongue ( hold for at least 30 seconds ) every 2 weeks. Vit D3 pills daily 1000-7000 depending on blood levels . Also consider antioxidant therapy.
