Slight Diferences: Belotero and juvederm are similar products by different companies.  Both are hyaluronic acids, a normal human substance.
Belotero does not come with local anesthetic and is often used more superficially than juvederm.
Juvederm has different amounts of cross-linking which can make it last longer.  More cross-linking is felt to make the products more durable and longer lasting.

Most likely.: Lines between the eyebrows & on the lower brow often develop with age and repeat patterns of facial expression. Some are increased based on genetics and environmental exposures, especially sun damage. Many times, initial treatment will be with a muscle relaxing product like Botox which is sometimes used in conjunction with filler-type products for best results, especially when volume is needed.

Belotero vs ?: Assessing the advantages of belotero over "other products" (i imagine you mean other fillers?), depends on what area(s) you want to rejuvenate. The pros and cons of specific fillers and other modalities to rejuvenate lips, eyes, mid face, nasolabial folds,  marionette lines are best discussed with your cosmetic surgeon. Maintenance of facial proportion and balance is key.

i had belotero in my tear troughs.  i feel she hit infra orbital nerve. 3 months post. sensations including some burning and gnawing will this return?

Unlikely: It's unlikely with a skin filler that one would hit the infraorbital nerve, it is significantly deep to the skin, and this particular filler is injected very superficially.  Do you have any numbness? I would massage the area.  Burning pain can be nerve pain, but usually that occurs long after an injury.

Belotero : Belotero is a hylauronic acid filler. The same material as other ha fillers on the market. Comparative studies between fillers never get done so there is no reason to believe that this filler is any better than others on the market. These fillers do wear off over time. Botox is really the first line treatment for these types of wrinkles, but deeper wrinkles can benefit sometimes from the addition of filler. There are no safe and effective products that provide permanent results.

Belotero and crow's : Belotero may be used to smooth wrinkles in the eye area, either alone or along with xeomin, (incobotulinumtoxin a) Botox or dysport. There is currently no clinical evidence that treatment with belotero improves skin's elasticity. For this look at  retinols, peels or laser treatments.

i had belotero in my tear troughs and 1 syg of juvederm in my cheeks 4 months ago. my left side has burning, gnawing sensations near infraorbital area which branches down near nose. is nerve dying ?

No: I don't believe the nerve is dying. If it were injured during the procedures you had, the symptoms would appear earlier than 4 months after. Were the procedures on both sides? Any injected cosmetic substance, ie juvederm, will be metabolized and broken down after a period of time. The process may trigger an inflammatory response that will cause irritation- temporary- of the nearby nerve in cheek.

Dont believe so: It sounds like either the nerve was hit by the needle or compresses by the juvederm I also see you were injected with hyalurnidase which would dissolve either of these products. IF you felt a sharp or shock during injection the nerve amy have poked and should return to function in time.Lidocaine in these meds so it could blunt the sharp pain. I would give it time and see if the paresthesia resolve

anyone seen/heard of negative effects of getting injectable fillers (such as juvederm, belotero, etc, .) in patients taking methotrexate and humira (adalimumab)?

Immunosuppression: These drugs can cause a suppression of the immune system.  This will put the patient at an increased risk on infections and a decreased healing rate.  These must be discussed with the patient prior to any injections.
