Dont believe so: It sounds like either the nerve was hit by the needle or compresses by the juvederm I also see you were injected with hyalurnidase which would dissolve either of these products. IF you felt a sharp or shock during injection the nerve amy have poked and should return to function in time.Lidocaine in these meds so it could blunt the sharp pain. I would give it time and see if the paresthesia resolve

Follow up with Doc: If you had pain during the injection it is possible the nerve was damaged by the needle. Another option is that the filler has pushed on surrounding vasculature or the nerve itself causing your numbness. It can always be dissolved but best to just see your injector or cosmetic physician.
