I had belotero in my tear troughs and 1 syg of juvederm in my cheeks 4 months ago. my left side has burning, gnawing sensations near infraorbital area which branches down near nose. is nerve dying ?

No: I don't believe the nerve is dying. If it were injured during the procedures you had, the symptoms would appear earlier than 4 months after. Were the procedures on both sides? Any injected cosmetic substance, ie juvederm, will be metabolized and broken down after a period of time. The process may trigger an inflammatory response that will cause irritation- temporary- of the nearby nerve in cheek.
