Unlikely: It's unlikely with a skin filler that one would hit the infraorbital nerve, it is significantly deep to the skin, and this particular filler is injected very superficially. Do you have any numbness? I would massage the area. Burning pain can be nerve pain, but usually that occurs long after an injury.
