Belotero and crow's : Belotero may be used to smooth wrinkles in the eye area, either alone or along with xeomin, (incobotulinumtoxin a) Botox or dysport. There is currently no clinical evidence that treatment with belotero improves skin's elasticity. For this look at retinols, peels or laser treatments.

Not really: Bellotero is a dermal filler, which will add volume to the skin and deeper tissues. If performed skillfully, bellotero will improve the appearance of wrinkles. It does not alter the skin's elasticity and is not permanent, but does a great job in improving appearance for several months at a time.
