Absolutely not: Do not wash invisalign in the dishwasher.  Here are the reasons: 
1) the aligners are very thin, and can easily work or melt at higher temperature. 
2) the aligners are so light also, and the pressure from water will displace the aligner(s). You may end up finding them damaged or broken by dishwasher's moving parts.
While you are brushing/flossing, soak in denture-cleaning solution to clean them.
