how do i naturally get rid of toe nail fungi?

See below: A combination of Vicks vapo rub with a couple of drops of liquid chlorine bleach mixed in (three drops in a teaspoon of vaporub) can help treat toenail fungus. 
Get some latex exam gloves and cut off the fingers. Apply the mix to the toe and cover the toe with the latex 'finger'. It will give a  certain hydraulic pressure to the mix to force it under the nail.

See a podiatrist: Get an evaluation by a podiatrist to determine if you do indeed have a fungal infection. If the answer is yes then begin treatment either topically, orally or with an approved laser.

Drugs: Usually onychomycosis persists life long unless treated with an effective anti-fungal agent such as terbinafine or itraconazole which have replaced the more toxic griseofulvin.  You need a doctor's prescription for the oral meds laser treatments are now being offered.

It may be fungus: But doesn't have to be, that little toe is often subjugated to trauma from shoe and all the microtrauma can cause thickening and slight discoloration. 
The only way to know the true etiology is to have a sample of the nail sent for pathology. (A podiatrist or dermatologist frequently do this.)

Toenail fungus: Topical anti-fungal creams are very ineffective in treating toenail fungus due to their poor penetration of the nail plate.

I : I would recommend you see a dermatologist who can perform a nail culture, determine what type of fungus you might have, and then discuss treatment options if the culture comes back positive for fungus.  Otc medications are unlikely to help if you have fungus under your nails. I hope that helps.

Almost all get: Usually all people if they live long enough get toenail fungus.Even the most effective meds that is oral is only about 60% effective and can affect the liver.topical agents 10-20% effective.Make sure that it is fungus that they send a clipping to pathology.A subborn one like you have will be best treated by Dermatology or Podiatrist.

Terbinafine: Oral terbinafine is the most reliable treatment for toenail fungus. It requires a prescription and most drs.Will do some blood work. It still leaves a lot to be desired and toenail fungus has a fairly high recurrence rate.

Sore toe: If you have soreness along with swelling and redness, there could be an infection in the toenail. Check with your doctor about treatments if your symptoms don't resolve.

Blister and scaling : Your symptoms are mostly likely symptoms of a fungal. I prefer antifungal gels held in this region but any prescription antifungal medication. ie: Naftin (naftifine) , Luzu, Spectazole used appropriated should clear it up.   To prevent recurrence make sure you were sanitized socks that are changed daily. Do not wear the same shoes daily.Bacterial infection can occur here as well. A culture could be indicated.
