Hypnic headache?: Hypnic headache 
hypnic headache is predominantly seen in the elderly patients. However, younger patients and even children might also suffer from hypnic headache. Headache attacks usually last between 15 and 180 minutes, but some patients report headache attacks up to 10 hours. Almost all patients report motor activity during headache. Please consult a neurologist who specializes in headaches. There are over 2000 different causes for headaches. There are approximately 10 different causes for frontal headaches alone.

See your PCP: The best treatment for a headache is to know what type you have. See your PCP for evaluation, diagnosis and  and treatment.

i've had a really bad headache for 3 weeks now it leaves for not mor than a hour i'm not sleeping much due to pain it's at front of my head?

Sinusitis?: You may have a congested frontal sinus. The frontal sinus is in the forehead area, above the eyebrows. It can become congested, along with the other sinus cavities. 
Treatment would be a decongestant such as sudafed and maybe an antibiotic. Try this treatment first and then seek medical advice if there is no relief.

hit front of head yesterday on corner of bathroom sink. it hurts in that spot and i have a really bad headache mostly in back of my head. suggestions?

My first question: would be "how on earth did you hit four head on the corner of the bathroom sink?" Did you pass out ?  Bend over to inspect the contents of the commode ? Have a seizure ? Apparently there was enough force involved as to cause a whiplash injury (or someone clubbed you from behind).  If you don't get better in a few hours or if you don't know how you hit your head see a doctor ! Makes sense?

Meningismus: Head ache and a stiff neck can mean irritation or inflammation of the coverings of the brain and spinal cord.  I recommend you have an evaluation and possible lumbar puncture if CT/MRI of the brain has cleared you for the procedure.  Imaging is very helpful in this circumstance

Neck &amp; Headache: Some types of headaches are, in fact, stress headaches. In this case, the muscles in the shoulder and neck are extremely tense or tight. They cause the muscles in the front of the head (the frontalis) to be pulled or spasm. Therefore, the individual can have pain in the back of the neck and pain in the front of the head. You should also see a MD to make sure that this is a tension related headache

Cold: It sounds like you may be having a cold. Simple analgesics such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen or Acetaminophen may help. Neti pot nasal rinses for nasal stuffiness. If you've had sinus issues for a while with green/yellow drainage out of them, see your doc, you may be having sinus infection that needs to be treated.

Migraine or more: If headaches are always one-sided be suspicious of causes other than migraine, which is frequently one-sided. If even 1% of headaches are right-sided, you have less to worry about. But 100% of headaches being one-sided (either right or left) suggests a structural problem--which may be quite serious (avm, tumor, aneurysm, vasculitis, cyst, skull or sinus lesion, etc).

You need to go ...: ...to ER or your doctor's.  Any headache that is "bad" and quite localized (to the back right side of your head) and persists needs evaluation.  I presume you do not regularly get headaches.  If this is the case, it is even more important that you have urgent evaluation. It may be a migraine or even a bad muscular contraction headache, but it needs evaluation. Good luck:)

Needs to be checked: It needs to be checked as you have persistent headaches and lingering heaviness and need a neurologicall exam and a cat scan to rule out bleeding inside skull like subdural hematoma or epidural hematoma
see your doctor asap or go to er.
