Sinusitis?: You may have a congested frontal sinus. The frontal sinus is in the forehead area, above the eyebrows. It can become congested, along with the other sinus cavities. Treatment would be a decongestant such as sudafed and maybe an antibiotic. Try this treatment first and then seek medical advice if there is no relief.

Headache: Severe refractory headaches referred as worst headache of my life, specially if abrupt onset, may suggest a very serious condition (brain hemorrhage). Migraine is the most common form of primary headache disorders. Many other conditions can cause headaches. For proper diagnosis and medical treatment i suggest that you see your physician for a prompt evaluation. This may need urgent ct scan.
