Meningismus: Head ache and a stiff neck can mean irritation or inflammation of the coverings of the brain and spinal cord. I recommend you have an evaluation and possible lumbar puncture if CT/MRI of the brain has cleared you for the procedure. Imaging is very helpful in this circumstance
