You need to go ...: ...to ER or your doctor's. Any headache that is "bad" and quite localized (to the back right side of your head) and persists needs evaluation. I presume you do not regularly get headaches. If this is the case, it is even more important that you have urgent evaluation. It may be a migraine or even a bad muscular contraction headache, but it needs evaluation. Good luck:)
