Cold: It sounds like you may be having a cold. Simple analgesics such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen or Acetaminophen may help. Neti pot nasal rinses for nasal stuffiness. If you've had sinus issues for a while with green/yellow drainage out of them, see your doc, you may be having sinus infection that needs to be treated.
