Maybe: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has appetite suppression as a side effect but should not make you drop a pound a week. Most become tolerant to the appetite issue and eat better after the medication is out of their system at the end of the day or for breakfast. It would be good for you to visit your doc and see if any other issues are ongoing, so they can be addressed or the meds modified as needed.

Wellbutrin (bupropion) &amp; adderal: The 2 meds could interact, as Wellbutrin (bupropion) does have some ability to help with concentration, and it wouldn't necessarily be an additive effect with addeerall. Too much of something can sometimes not work. Please talk to a Psychiatrist before just changing meds on your own. If you have been getting the meds from a regular Physician, please see a Psychiatrist. Any combo psych meds shd be Psychiatrist

Not advised: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a stimulant used to treat adhd. Alcohol is a depressant. Taking stimulants and depressants together is rarely a good idea as they tend to pull your body in two different directions. If you are drinking alcohol while under a doctor's care for adhd, you need to make sure they are aware of this so that they can make the best decisions for your care and treatment.

i was started on add medications about 2 years ago. i was given vyvanse for daily use and a generic adderall for as needed studying. my memory is extremely concerning now as even simple short term tasks i forget, while i'm speaking i can't find words, and just opening my computer or phone i forget what application i was going to use. is there a connection between my memory and the medications and is there something else i can do to help myself?
