Serotonin Syndrome: Taking Venlafaxine and Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) may increase risk of Serotonin Syndrome- hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, coma and death. Discuss with your Psychiatrist: Diagnosis for use of Venlafaxine, benefits and side effects. Symptoms for which Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) was discussed, its benefits and side effects and taking it with Venlafaxine Therapy and Treatment at this time.
