Maybe: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has appetite suppression as a side effect but should not make you drop a pound a week. Most become tolerant to the appetite issue and eat better after the medication is out of their system at the end of the day or for breakfast. It would be good for you to visit your doc and see if any other issues are ongoing, so they can be addressed or the meds modified as needed.
