Get evaluation: At 48 yo this could be a simple or more complex problem, and a good neurological exam will reveal the correct diagnosis. Common causes could be neck problems aggravated by sleeping with next twisted, nerve entrapment at elbow or wrist. Good luck

i have leg  and arm pain pain finger numbness  leg stiffness which affects my walking, and balance my fingers shake and i  always feel tired  ms?

Some thoughts: Would consider possible cervical spine issues and get this checked with mri.  You could possess a peripheral neuropathy, and could even have b-12 problems.  The stiffness and shaking bring up parkinson's.  This does not sound like ms.  Please seek out an experienced neurologist, and get this pinned down.

21 years old- had heart tested and doctors said it was fine. i have left arm pain similar to nerve pain when i walk (such as heaviness in the arm), it's mild burning and aching on/off and it is sensitive to cold air. does this sound like nerve pain?

New symptom?: If your left arm aching is a new symptoms, you should have another stress test. Things can change in 5 months. That said, coronary disease is rare (but not unheard of)at your age. A strong family history,diabetes, or hx of smoking would make me more suspicious. You cannot rule out heart disease by "how it feels".

About PAD:: Peripheral Artery Disease is narrowing of arteries in legs (sometimes arms), usually from plaque from years of smoking, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, and/or genetic tendency.Pain occurs when walking and goes away at rest (unless severe enough to need surgery - would be obvious on exam).  Pulses in feet generally weak.  Toes might be cool/cold, purple or blue, or ulcerated.

Herniated disc: Coughing increases pressure in the spine and if there is an underlying  compression of a nerve or the spinal cord itself, pain can be produced.  Best to be examined and perhaps have an MRI of the neck perfored.
