New symptom?: If your left arm aching is a new symptoms, you should have another stress test. Things can change in 5 months. That said, coronary disease is rare (but not unheard of)at your age. A strong family history,diabetes, or hx of smoking would make me more suspicious. You cannot rule out heart disease by "how it feels".
