21 years old- had heart tested and doctors said it was fine. i have left arm pain similar to nerve pain when i walk (such as heaviness in the arm), it's mild burning and aching on/off and it is sensitive to cold air. does this sound like nerve pain?

It sounds like (not IS, but COULD BE) some form of thoracic outlet syndrome. This is not something that can be addressed on line.
