Some thoughts: Would consider possible cervical spine issues and get this checked with mri. You could possess a peripheral neuropathy, and could even have b-12 problems. The stiffness and shaking bring up parkinson's. This does not sound like ms. Please seek out an experienced neurologist, and get this pinned down.

Hard to say: Unusual constellation of symptoms. A possible herniated disc could cause these pains in arms and legs as well as balance problems. You need to get this checked out by your doctor.
