May need examiantion: It seems like you are referring to your Groin area where lymph nodes are normally situated. If there is any infection or inflammation in the leg or lower abdomen, these nodes can enlarge temporarily. If the welling is progressive and does not settle down in 2-3 weeks, you need to see your doctor  for a medical examination.

L foot/ vagina swel: There could be a clot, are you on BCP? Smoke? That inreases risk . Could also  be mass ( ovarian or abdominal) , or autoimmune issues, kidney issue( though usually both sides if renal).  Please go to ER/ urgent care as soon as possible today to be evaluated ,clots are a serious issues.

Recheck ASAP: This sounds like a serious infection that is spreading &amp; you need a recheck by Dr ASAP with spreading of swelling &amp; a swollen lymph node in groin.  You will surely need a different antibiotic, perhaps even by the IV route.  Don’t wait on this- it is serious

i have a clogged sweat gland on my foot. it is so painful to walk on sometimes. what can i do to get rid of and how long does it take to get rid of.

Clogged sweat gland: A clogged gland on the bottom of the foot is like a stubborn  painful callus.  Use Vicks vapor rub to weaken the callus around the clogged gland, then par it down.  Then use spray deodorant (the armpit kind) to decrease sweat, this decreases friction.  If that doesn't help, try otc inserts from a drug store to help off-load callus area. Lastly, see a doctor to par it down.  Hope that helps!
