Probably not related: You would need a good general history and physical with your primary care doctor to get an accurate diagnosis if lower back and leg pain.

Impinged nerve: If your right low back pain is going down the right leg it is possible you may have an impinged nerve at the back. Appropriate testing should be performed to investigate. Stinging pain in the gland near the right ear is likely unrelated.
