L foot/ vagina swel: There could be a clot, are you on BCP? Smoke? That inreases risk . Could also be mass ( ovarian or abdominal) , or autoimmune issues, kidney issue( though usually both sides if renal). Please go to ER/ urgent care as soon as possible today to be evaluated ,clots are a serious issues.
